Contacting the Practice by Telephone

When you ring the practice number (01443 878300) you will be answered by one of our Receptionists. You will be able to ask for an appointment with a doctor or nurse; you may request blood test results between 2pm – 4pm; you may also request to be put on our ‘Triage screen’(this means the doctor will ring you back with advice), this is available after 10.00am each morning. This runs along side our normal appointments for Doctor and Nurse each day. (For more information on our appointments system see ‘Appointments’ link)

You can also request to be transferred to our Administration department and speak to the Practice Manager, General Manager, or the Prescription clerk. Any one of our Admin team will be happy to deal with your query.
