Order Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor’s discretion and are normally for patients on long term treatment.

Requests for prescriptions can be made by depositing your repeat order slip at the surgery during normal surgery hours, or by posting us your repeat prescription request slip (please include a self addressed envelope). Unfortunately, we are unable to take prescription requests over the telephone. We are unable to issue repeat prescriptions at weekends, public holidays or out of normal surgery hours, however, if you wish to leave your prescription request outside of our normal working hours, you can post them in our outside postbox. Please allow two complete working days before collection and make allowances for weekends and public holidays. Where possible, please give exact drug names when ordering.
