1971 W115 240D – pretty much rust-free, some minor floor panel work needed. Excellent, complete interior. Smoke on running, but no engine noise. please give me some options for restoration….. from a basic work-over to a performance work-over

I’m currently looking at a 1995 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Registration NGP935 two tone Grey & Black at Trade In Clearance and I’d like you to call me about a pre-purchase inspection and overall appraisal of this car.
