The dental department has two separate roles in New Tredegar. On Tuesday and Friday we have the Community dentist that treats Adults and Children with Special Needs; provide domiciliary care for those unable to get to a clinic due to medical / physical problems; and children of school age.

We also provide emergency treatment for those unable to access a dentist. On Wednesday and Thursdays we have a personal dental service (PDS), which provides emergency treatment for adults unable to access dental care. This service can be accessed by telephoning the Dental Helpline on 01495 765100 between 9am – 4.30pm.
